00After  years an an employee, I decided to start my own business where I would have total control   0of how I feel service should be provided to customers. I have always believed in treating each 0customer as my one and only customer an attitude, I felt, was lacking when providing service as an 0employee with employer constraints. I decided it was time to give what a customer is only asking 0for: good quality service in an affordable, friendly, courteous way.

00I feel I have a good service program which really was born out of not only servicing lasers over the 0years but with years of computer service before that and a few years as an R&D technician in 0microwaves. I have been in the technical service industry for a little over 30 years and counting. You 0benefit from this experience. I can troubleshoot down to component level if necessary.

00Good service doesn't just end after a successful repair. Good service continues with follow-up 0calls to make sure that your system is functioning as it was designed to do and to attend to any 0concerns you may have.

00We have more than one source for parts to help get your laser up and running as soon as 0possible. LAMBDA travels up to 400 miles to a customer by auto. After that, it may be more 0practical to fly in. However, if a customer doesn't mind and if a customer has the time for me to 0travel by auto, it will save you money in travel expenses. You also benefit because I can bring parts 0and other equipment that will help to affect quicker repairs.
